Purchase not received
Good day,
Purchased on December 11, code given on December 27, no reply to emails on December 16 and 26, the idiot at fermopoint gets the parcel wrong and presses the button that says it arrived because he knows...the codes were similar...ebay therefore claims that it arrived...so? Just lost, that’s it? I’ll switch to Amazon for future purchases

The seller sends a package to the fermopoint and provides a shipment tracking code.
Do you have this code?
If you do, try to see what the tracking says.
The courier delivers the package to the fermopoint and then it is the courier who reports that the package has been delivered to the fermopoint.
Then when you go to pick up the package at the fermopoint, this reports that the package has been picked up.
Try checking the tracking and let us know what it says.
