Item shipped through the shipping manager via Packlink, for a month to Germany with tracking stopped on October 27 with the note: return to sender. I asked Packlink for information and they are asking for these documents, otherwise they will not start the checks. Copy of the BRT DPD Group questionnaire. The new rules for all countries managed by the BRT DPD Group starting from June 23, 2021 require the mandatory completion of the Questionnaire/Declaration document in English.Purchase invoice/Sales receipt in full (PayPal, eBay, Amazon, online shop, etc.)/Transaction printout (bank transfer)It is mandatory to provide a complete copy of the purchase invoice (receipt or fiscal invoice) or sales receipt (Paypal/eBay/Amazon/Catawiki receipt, copy of bank transfer, etc.) issued by the buyer. Screenshots or cropped images with incomplete details are not valid. The payment receipt must show the description of the goods and the full destination address with all the buyer's delivery details. The transaction must always be clearly traceable to the sale for the assessment of a claim.
