Order cancellation after a few seconds
Never again on Friday, Ebay and its ridiculous rules: I had bought a Siemens cordless phone from some genius who’ll sell in dropshipping. I got the model wrong and, above all, I don’t trust his countless negative feedback reviews (and there are really a lot of them), I ask to cancel the order after paying, but no one even replies to messages, how much would it cost these gentlemen to have a function that lets you cancel transactions for about an hour: the genius comes back on Monday and he’s even right because Ebay says he has three days to cancel my order. In the meantime the money is blocked; at least they should write it: "we are not operational on weekends". When he comes back he cancels the order, but since I don’t tolerate these little things I opened a dispute with Paypal. Let’s have fun.

·3 years agoFor me, he's doing it for us...
So that those who don't know him (and maybe missed his legendary thread about the English seller from a few years ago...) can put him on the blacklist.
And so we thank him for that... 👍

OP3 years agoA bunch of copy-pasters who do nothing but paste photos from a PC and act like super-sellers with 7,500 feedback, go screw yourselves. I see you’re defending him, he sells via DROPSHIPPING in a rush and then disappears for the weekend without reading a message on his phone (because they have a life, they’re tired from copy-pasting all day and then changing addresses and shipping, shipping, so to speak, since for them others do the shipping) that keeps 4 days’ worth of money blocked that should never have been taken from me; for them everything is fine.
I post here to make sense of certain things, I never stop being amazed; luckily in my small experience (and you can see it by looking at the feedback) everything goes the opposite of what you old-timers say.. let’s just drop it, it’s better.
I wanted my money back and asked Ebay, which I always pay through as a matter of principle, but it’s not possible to do that and for me that three-day response time is WRONG because the "seller" (always DROPSHIPPING, who has never even posted a letter, let alone...) doesn’t need three quarters of an hour’s drive to get there, he needs to read the message on his phone (ah well, but their "SELLERS" have a life, of course they can’t spend all day copy-pasting and changing addresses).
That said, the message above is aimed at those here who act like know-it-alls and not at those who are real sellers (now few) and who really ship the goods and who even reply on Sundays because if reading has become a job, then. What are we talking about? we’re talking about a huge bubble made of what? of fluff, of nothing. Nobody here has a warehouse, nobody here has anything; nowadays it’s full of sites that don’t have thirty centimeters of warehouse space but only 4-5 employees, but above all, and this is the real "crime," they don’t tell the uninitiated. We could talk about it for weeks but I think here it’s useless; when I write here, I write to provoke, you shouldn’t take it personally, mine are experiments, I know perfectly well that on Monday he would have unblocked the money, but does that seem normal to you? he can’t do it from the smartphone app, what does life have to do with it, it takes 10 seconds to cancel an order, please don’t be ridiculous. With apps these rules are wrong, period.
Online sales aren’t for me, there would be the shopping mall? the few things I sold I shipped without batting an eye, answering messages regularly, but I really shipped them, in the spirit of Ebay, I lived in real commerce for many years, here 80 percent don’t even know what a Bartolini courier looks like because they’ve never shipped the goods..

·3 years agoNo sane person provokes when they know they are already in the wrong... try using this attitude of yours at the bar and see the reaction of the "bunch of copy-pasters"... I don't think they'll stop at words alone...
So stop writing bullshit and it would be great if you respected what you wrote in another conversation on January 8, 2018: "...last reply, after that I'll even stop reading Your replies"
Instead, you're a repeat offender...

In short, you’re not clueless, you’re just acting like it.
Kind regards.

Whoever does it might one day come to their senses and stop doing it. But whoever, unfortunately, is there ......

·3 years agoIf there’s a phenomenon here, maybe you’ll see it reflected in a mirror:
you buy the wrong item (and okay, it happens), then you realize maybe this guy does dropshipping and has a boatload of negative feedback (and that already isn’t great because only a fool clicks “buy it now” before figuring out the seller’s reputation), buys on a Friday and expects someone not to take the weekend off so they can reply to him quickly (and they should practically spell it out for him, because he can’t figure out on his own that not everyone can run at his beck and call over the weekend and that people have a life that goes beyond eBay too), but since this stuff, the guy, doesn’t tolerate it, he opens a dispute with PayPal (stretching out the time it takes to get his money back) and even thinking it’ll be fun!
The world turned upside down...

·3 years agoUgh... honestly I don’t understand people who make MISTAKES and then take it out on the seller... as if they were obliged to solve problems caused by others!
You could have been more careful... you could have read the listing carefully... you could have looked at the feedback first too... how much did it cost you to be more vigilant??
It takes patience and respect for those who work...
So, if you didn’t have it before, better get some patience now... since you turned to Paypal... GENIUS!

·3 years agoNot only did you create a problem for the seller, but you’re also complaining?
For the seller to cancel your order, he has to lose money, but you probably don’t know that.
Under EBAY rules, the seller is not obliged to cancel an order that has already been paid for; maybe you should speak to him in a less arrogant way, since the mistake was yours.
Good job, you did well to bypass eBay’s time limits and rules by using Paypal, but be careful because you risk being permanently banned from eBay.
YES, "LET’S HAVE SOME FUN".......... BEST WISHES AND GOOD LUCK!!
