order cancellation and Klarna
Hello, I bought this item using Klarna as the payment method, but right after making the purchase I saw that the address was wrong, so I immediately canceled the order with the reason that the address was incorrect. How does this work now with the Klarna installments, will everything be canceled? And how will the money be refunded?

·4 months agoIf you cancelled the order within 1 hour and the seller accepted the cancellation, then the refund process will happen automatically.
But if the order is cancelled after 60 minutes, the cancel order button disappears and you have to ask the seller directly to kindly cancel the order.
The seller is not obliged to cancel an order, but is strongly encouraged to do so if they want to avoid post-sale problems.
So if you received a confirmation email saying that your order was properly cancelled, you need to wait for the refund, which will be made using the same payment method.
Klarna will be notified by eBay that the order has been cancelled, so you will receive a refund of the first installment if you have already paid it in the meantime.
