Shipped a package outside Europe that took about 33 days with the post office. As soon as possible, the buyer opened a dispute on Ebay for package not delivered (on the 30th day). In fact it was in customs. Now it is stuck because the duty hasn't been paid.In the meantime Ebay has blocked my funds.Does this seem like correct behavior to you? How will this be handled?
