Item not in order.

Question

I received an item that does not match the order. The product photo that my order referred to and the corresponding description were exactly what I wanted to receive, but the item I received is different. What do I need to do to get the right one?

Start the claim for item not as described through eBay. Go to the Help and contact section and from there you'll find the option in the menus. Don't do anything outside eBay's procedures because if you close the claim after opening it, you lose every right to return it.
