Hi, I sold an item, but when I try to buy the shipping through eBay shipping with Packlink, instead of 5.11 euros it asks me for authorization to pay 511 euros.. has this happened to anyone else? Thanks

I contacted packlink and they say it's a problem with the post office... I tried with another card and it worked... so it's the post office's problem!!!

It's certainly no small issue..... if you hadn't noticed, the post office would have collected 505 euros taken directly from your account.......

Try contacting the post office and, if you like, let us know what they say.

Best regards

No, never happened....

Open a support ticket with Packlink to report the issue via the spedizioni.ebay.it page and try to buy the shipping label with BRT, which costs 5.22 euros

Or alternatively rely on another shipping retailer.

Kind regards.
