eBay block on regular shipping and delivery
Hello everyone.
I sold a pen to a customer with shipping via registered mail with Italian Post. I promptly sent the tracking code to the customer, who has an address at a concierge desk ( C/O ....) The customer asks me for updates and tracking, which I send. After 1 week I find my account blocked at the customer's request because they had not received the item, when in fact the tracking shows it was delivered 4 days ago. I resent the customer the shipping receipt and a screenshot of the postal tracking. I gather that the customer did not make the proper inquiries at the delegated concierge desk, the days passed and I was blocked anyway.
All I can do is leave negative feedback for the customer.
So ebay only believes the customer and not the seller?
Any advice? Thanks

·3 years agoThe first thing to do is check whether the address you sent the item to (as it appears on the courier receipt) matches the address that eBay sent you.
Then enter that code and the tracking on the dispute that was opened against you. To make sure they carefully consider your reply, contact eBay by phone, as Heavenwelkin told you.
If the address is the one provided by eBay and the package shows as delivered, I don’t see why eBay shouldn’t side with the seller.
bye

·3 years agoContact support by phone to explain the situation well, you can't leave negative feedback for the buyer anymore, it's been prohibited for more than 10 years.

·3 years agoGet help from eBay support and explain to them over the phone how things went.
go here: https://www.ebay.it/help/call_us?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000
go to SELLING, then REQUEST FOR ITEM NOT RECEIVED, select the item and get in touch with eBay.
Kind regards.
