I filed a request with Poste Italiane, who are nowhere to be found and are not responding appropriately. In their records it shows as delivered, but there is no signature of the person who collected it.... to avoid issues I went ahead and refunded the buyer.Is there now the possibility of using the insurance that covers up to the value of the goods shipped and that is offered when purchasing the label?? The procedure is unknown, or rather I couldn't find it. Thanks
