If the seller has not yet shipped the item, you can send them a cancellation request
In short, the seller should agree to cancel the order; if they don’t, they will have to send you the item and you won’t be able to do anything other than accept it.
If they don’t send you the item, you need to open a not received item case (see the link the user marioelegio posted)
