good evening, I wanted to ask you if eBay discounts with a code to apply to the total can be applied without the seller's approval, I'm asking because when I apply the eBay code it recognizes it and proceeds by making the discount

Absolutely YES, coupons can be applied without the seller's approval since nothing is taken away from the seller.

Example: if the item you want to buy costs 50 euros and you have a 10-euro coupon, the seller will still receive the 50 euros.

You put in the 40 euros, and ebay puts in the 10 euros.
