How to add Poste Crono International shipping?
Hello everyone!
While setting up the shipping details for an item, I consulted eBay's shipping methods for abroad.
Among the rates shown in the tables there is also Poste Italiane - Crono Internazionale.
The problem comes up now.
when I opened the drop-down menu, this option is not available either for letters or for parcels.
Why is that? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance for the replies and have a nice evening.

If other shipping options are active, I don't think you're doing anything wrong.
As for why Crono Internazionale is disabled, I think few people know; try contacting eBay support, but I doubt they can provide you with this kind of detail, though it doesn't hurt to try.
If you want to get around the problem, you need to choose an international shipping option such as standard, economy, or fast international shipping.
That way, if in the shipping manager Crono Internazionale isn't available for that country, or isn't active as an option, or turns out to be too expensive, you could use another service without being tied to Crono Internazionale.
I usually set standard international shipping, then depending on the case I choose the most suitable courier.
Which ranges from international priority mail to UPS or DHL shipping or even BRT.
I usually skip Crono Internazionale because for unusual items that customs officers can't identify with absolute certainty, they label everything as "Probably dangerous goods" and send it straight back to the sender, who inevitably loses the money paid for shipping and will have to resend it, to the buyer's dissatisfaction.
If you need to ship common items like clothes, shoes, smartphones, computers, the Crono Internazionale service works very well.
If you need to ship unusual items like electronic spare parts, or other objects that aren't immediately identifiable, it's better to avoid it.
I'm telling you from personal experience.
Kind regards.
