If you don't know how to close it manually from your account, call an eBay representative and explain that you opened a dispute, that it has been resolved, and that you want to close it; the representative will close it for you over the phone. To contact an eBay representative, go to the homepage and click "Help & contact" at the top, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click contact us; select a topic more suitable for your request and then click "Have us call you" on the left. After 1 or 2 minutes (the waiting time is shown before you click have us call you) the representative will get in touch with you and you can explain your problem to them.

·2 years agoHowever you opened it, that’s how you close it. The procedure for entering the dispute is the same.

Otherwise it closes by itself 21 days after opening.
