how to make a return for Germany
I bought a notebook in Germany but it doesn’t match the description, so I started the return process with the seller.
How should I deal with the seller? He’s asking for my email, mobile number, and tax code to buy a return label that he’ll provide, but when I look at the status of the eBay case it says that a label will arrive by 23.01.2025.
Is there a toll-free number to speak with someone?

·1 year agoThe label for a non-compliant item must be provided by the seller. What problem do you have with giving them the data they asked for? I don't see anything sensitive or dangerous there.
