Why can't I pay through PayPal?
Good morning everyone. I’d like to know whether the problem I’ve been experiencing for the past two days is common or whether it’s a problem that only affects me. For two days I’ve been trying to buy on eBay through PayPal, which in my opinion is the safest payment method, but on my phone, once I complete the process, it kicks me out of the eBay app, while on my PC I get a payment error. I tried with two different PayPal accounts, but it always does the same thing. Can you tell me whether this is a PayPal problem or an eBay with PayPal problem? Because the last chance I have left is to try paying in some other way besides PayPal.

OP1 year agoHi, thanks for replying (it's still me, but from another device). So you're saying it's a problem with my PayPal? Should I contact my bank?

OP1 year agocould it be a problem with the seller? if so, what kind?
also because the second PayPal account I tried I had used earlier the same day to make another purchase on another site. so I don't get it.
