How can I confirm the delivery of the package?
Good evening everyone. I bought from a user, no problem, shipment done and package arrived. I need to confirm receipt of the package but I can't find the option on eBay. Thanks to anyone who can help me

·8 months agoHello to all readers and users of this service, I’ll explain my situation .. I sold an item to a private customer, I delivered it in person, now the customer can’t find a way to confirm receipt of their item, so I’m asking how many days have to pass before my funds are unlocked, or if there is a way for my customer to let eBay know that they received their item, since I didn’t ship using any courier. ·8 months agoIf hand delivery was expected, you had to scan the code that eBay had sent to the buyer. That was the proof of delivery.
If in the listing the item was supposed to be shipped, you have no valid proof that you delivered it. In any case, the funds will be released to you in 15 days, if the buyer does not open any claims.

·8 months agoIn short, the listing called for shipping and you arranged to deliver it in person?
If that's the case, I at least recommend marking the item as shipped.
If instead it was supposed to be a hand delivery, you should have let eBay know the delivery had taken place via a QR code

Despite these mistakes, you should get your money after at least 14 days.

·1 year agoIf you haven’t entered the tracking and courier correctly in the details of your sale, there’s nothing you can do about it.

you don't find the option because it doesn't exist... if the seller has entered valid tracking, the status of "Delivered" will be reported automatically.
If, on the other hand, they haven't entered any code, it won't be possible for the system to trace the shipping status.
