How do I talk to someone at eBay?
Given the terrible quality of the service offered by Poste Italiane, what sense does it make to ask me whether the item arrived on time? If the shipment isn’t tracked, it’s not even possible to know whether it was actually sent, while if it is tracked there’s the date the Post Office took it in, so if it takes (hypothetically) more than 15 days, why am I asked whether it arrived on time under user feedback?? Asking me separately to check the quality of the postal service would make sense; otherwise, the only sense it has is that, for better or worse, they prefer to blame the seller for delays. And while we’re at it, why can’t eBay contact me by phone but has no problem sending me useless texts or verification ones??
