How do you use the return label? I'm totally inexperienced
Sorry for the stupid questions, but this is my first experience on eBay and unfortunately I’ve had problems.
Item arrived broken, shipped with PosteDeliveryWeb.
Return procedure accepted, I have to return the item by October 30.
I’ve received the label, I printed it today (that is, saved the PDF, which I’ll print on paper and attach to the package I take to the post office... so far I get it).
Do I still have until October 30 to actually ship it?
What happens at the post office? Do I just show up like that and they take the package, that’s it?
The shipping code to follow the tracking is the one on the label, right? So I’ll know when it has arrived to the seller and from that moment I can figure out the timing for the refund?
Thanks for your patience, and for any helpful replies

·1 year agoWhere did you buy the label?
Depending on where you bought the return label, you may be able to get assistance.
Yes, you can get a refund for the label you did not use
or
You can have a new label generated with the correct dimensions and weight.
You need to contact Packlink support by opening a support ticket.
(if you bought the label from them)

·1 year agoOk Mario but both services are "optional".
For the benefit of anyone reading:
https://pages.ebay.it/acquistare/restituzioni/
The choice of the ebay label center is Optional, if the buyer has to pay for the return he can carry out the whole return procedure and then enter a waybill coming for example directly from the post office.
Maybe because it's more convenient for him since he doesn't have a printer at home or because he's not familiar with pdf files to take and print, or for other reasons.
The important thing is that the procedure has been carried out correctly and that the returned item is accompanied by the waybill.
As for the parcele2go service I found this conversation:
https://community.ebay.it/t5/Supporto-Tra-Utenti/Ebay-si-affida-a-Parcel2go-per-i-resi/td-p/977364
Personally I have never used parcel2go so I don't know the refund procedure in detail.
Kind regards.

·2 years agoYou need to check what type of service the return label provides: whether it’s home pickup or delivery to a collection point.
The return code is the one on the label.
If after the package arrives, the seller does not issue the refund, you can ask ebay to intervene: https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/chiedi-ebay-di-intervenire-acquirenti?id=4701
