How to remove automatic payments with PayPal on Packlink
Good morning, how can I disconnect automatic payment on PayPal?
I purchased 2 shipments not from the seller, when it’s time to pay it automatically comes up to pay with my PayPal account
I don’t know how to remove it
One shipment didn’t go through because it didn’t generate the label, yesterday I opened a ticket but no one is responding.

·2 years agoHello, go to the following link and click on automatic payments:
https://www.paypal.com/it/cshelp/article/che-cos%C3%A8-un-pagamento-automatico-e-come-faccio-ad-aggiornarne-o-annullarne-uno-help240#:~:text=Per%20trovare%20i%20tuoi%20pagamenti,Seleziona%20Pagamenti%20automatici.
Then click on the last automatic payment and select the option to cancel automatic payments for Packlink.
You will receive a confirmation email.

OP2 years agothanks but it’s not possible, I can’t remove the cards, this message appears: You can’t remove all your immediate funding sources from merchant relationships. Select at least one payment method from the list below.
maybe I’m doing something wrong?

·2 years agoBut in fact you don't need to remove any card... you just need to cancel the automatic payment.

OP2 years agosorry if I'm taking advantage of your help... I clicked the link, on PayPal in wallet and then history, I clicked on the shipping purchase, then manage payments by Auctane pcklink and I see active, next to it there is cancel ... should I click cancel?
