DELIVERY WITH REFUND AND RETURN, BUT RETURN NEVER ARRIVED, EBAY ABSENT
After 5 days, I am still waiting for SDA to deliver the vinyl to me, the courier chosen by Ebay for a dispute, where Ebay blatantly sided with the buyer, claiming that the package arrived open and the record was damaged. Whereas from the UPS website, the courier I used, with tracking and postal code, it is possible to get the delivery photo, and you can clearly see the package closed and sealed. I have contacted Ebay by email several times, and spoken with: Alketa, Siduela, Rodion, Desiana, Albano, Kiara, and Mario D. and they all, I mean all, said the same thing, contact the courier, which I did, and it turns out it was delivered to Ottaviano, while I live in Sant' Anastasia. at the moment it hasn't arrived, who knows if it will happen. ·2 years agoassuming that if a seller reads the rules carefully it is clear that buyers are very well protected.......that said, as for the return, regardless of who chose the courier, if it shows as delivered by the branch covering the area of the address indicated on Ebay by the seller for the possible return item, there is very little to be done
to sum up :
what they told you on Ebay is correct ( if nothing else, everyone agrees........ even that is already a small event.... );
the buyer will still get a refund : in any case, when in doubt Ebay practically always favors the buyer....;
delivery to Ottaviano may indicate the branch assigned to serve your area ( on this, the postal service could improve and actually show the destination locality on tracking, as other couriers do, and not the Poste/SDA branch that makes the delivery...)

·2 years agoEbay doesn’t have the option to choose the courier, the buyer must have chosen it because you didn’t provide them with a prepaid return label?
