Delivery of "intangible" goods
Hello. I sold the ticket for a match that I had bought because I could no longer go.
The buyer bought the ticket, but the ticket is not physical. So at the time of payment I loaded my ticket onto his fan card.
In effect, I didn't need any shipping or hand delivery. I simply completed the name change online, transferring the "virtual" ticket from my card to his card.
How do I tell eBay that the ticket has been "delivered".
I set free shipping with no tracking. eBay says estimated delivery October 4-5, but in reality the buyer has already received it.
Could he pretend not to have received the ticket and ask for a refund? How can I protect myself?

·2 years agoObviously yes... no protection because you sold a prohibited item on eBay... since it’s a match in Italy:

Kind regards.
