Incorrect delivery in another country
I was supposed to receive some aquarium plants in Ferentino, but the Italian post office delivered them to Alatri. Can I request a refund or a new shipment?

OP1 year agoAlready done, my residence is on eBay. The horror, in my opinion, is the post office.

·1 year agoAsk for a refund, then the seller will take it up with Packlink or with the post office.

It's better to clearly specify delivery to a different country (otherwise you risk that in a quick check they only see the word delivered), have customer service contact you using the link you find at the bottom of the attached page.
