Good evening
On December 13, 2024, I bought an item coming from Germany.
Until December 30, the tracking showed no sign of life.
After a first follow-up, the tracking suddenly updated to 1/15, then nothing.
Since neither the seller nor BRT were replying to messages, I asked for a refund, which I duly received from PayPal.
Today it seems that the item is in Italy and about to be delivered.
What should I do? I want the item, I wouldn't want to return it, but I have no contact who replies to me

The seller isn't replying because maybe they want to appeal the dispute if the package gets delivered.
Don't rush things; if the seller doesn't reply, maybe expect a message from PayPal.

If I understood correctly, you opened a PayPal dispute instead of an eBay dispute.
If the PayPal dispute ruled in your favor and you received the refund, when you receive the item, if everything is okay and it matches the description and you want to keep it, you can contact the seller and let them know you want to send them the money.
It's best to make private arrangements with them; maybe do a bank transfer, and they'll be happy to send you the IBAN for the payment.

·1 year agoYou're a serious and honest buyer, but don't be in a hurry.
The fact that you wrote to the seller that you want to refund him puts you in a privileged position in case he wants to take any kind of action.
Wait for news from him.
