Inconsistent Sales counter.
Good morning everyone, I’m pointing out something strange that’s never happened before
from today I find myself in the counter "n.2 SOLD " when until the day before the sale showed "n.1". This logically means that I sold something else along with the first product.... When I go to the home page and click on "Sold n.2" in the link, only one sold product appears.... so it would seem that the second product is "invisible" even though in fact the total earnings have increased.
Since I have several things for sale, I don’t understand what was actually sold, as it doesn’t appear in the sales list..... .
Do you know the reason?

are you operating from the eBay app or are you managing sales through the seller console via internet browser?
I recommend that you always also check your email, as notifications of completed sales are sent promptly to you by email as well.

OP3 years agoI use the internet browser.... and I try using it both from my home and from the office, but it comes out the same.
I actually already cancelled the sale of the camera because it's something that was already completed a long time ago....
The strange thing is that from a sale of about €70 I now find myself at about 100 euros with 2 sales.... but I can't see yesterday's sale and so I don't even know what I sold!!!

·3 years agoit could be a temporary problem with E-bay, anyway Ebay sends an email to notify you of the sold item (then you also need to check whether it was paid for...... which in turn depends on how the listing is set up);
if it doesn't sort itself out, the advice is to contact support for clarification (the timing also depends on the shipping times you entered, if they're short, the sooner you contact them, the sooner you might solve it)
