Hello! I'm a new seller. I sold an item with shipping, the buyer paid for it on the eBay platform but picked it up in person and the shipping was never done.The item is marked as shipped, but it does not show as "delivered".Will the payment still be held even after the 30-day waiting period for new sellers ends?How do I make it show as "delivered"?
