Courier does not withdraw
Hello everyone,
I made a sale on eBay and then for the first time I chose the shipping directly arranged by eBay, thus using the free shipping coupon, so far so good. The next day I was waiting for the courier but no one came, today same story! It's Poste Italiane, I imagine it will be SDA, the courier that should come by. What should I do now??

First of all, make sure that the shipping method you chose includes pickup at your home (there are services that provide for the package to be delivered directly to the post office)
If the courier didn't show up, you need to open a support ticket by retrieving your shipment from here:

Open a ticket and point out that the courier didn't show up to pick it up.
They will schedule a new agreed pickup for you.
If on the second pickup you still see that no one shows up, I सलाह you not to waste any more time and check whether that shipment can also be delivered to the post office.
If the shipment is not accepted at the post office, it would be best to cancel the shipping label and make a shipment with another service such as delivery to the post office or with another courier, since the SDA/Italian Post one has some problems.
