What happens if the buyer doesn't pay after accepting the offer?
Hello, a few days ago I sold an item to a buyer who accepted my offer, but as of today they still haven’t paid. Obviously I haven’t shipped the item, also because I don’t have the delivery address. What should I do?

You’ll also find the button (cancel the order)
But if you’re interested, you can change the default settings so that after 4 days of non-payment eBay automatically cancels the order.
You can do this by going directly here:
https://www.ebay.it/Cancel/Preference/UnpaidPurchase
You need to check the box for "Automatically cancel unpaid items"

eBay will notify you that the customer has not paid and you can cancel the transaction and relist the item.
If the user keeps winning auctions and not paying, they will receive a warning and/or an account restriction, but you cannot take these actions on your own initiative (the only thing you can do is put them on the blacklist).
