International postal tracker - they don't come to pick it up
Good afternoon, I sold an item outside Italy and I bought the Crono International label with home pickup on 9/12.
As of today, no one has come to pick up the package yet and every day I receive an email rescheduling the pickup for the next day. It has been almost a week.
What should I do? Thanks

·8 months agoOn eBay shipping, on December 4 a notice appeared about possible problems with shipments.
I shipped a package with BRT Italy-Italy on December 1 and fortunately it was delivered today.
There are widespread problems with shipments and on top of that we're in the middle of the holidays.
What can you do concretely?
Send a ticket to Packlink to have the shipment put back in pickup.
Go to spedizioni.ebay.it, log in, then next to the shipment in question go to open support ticket.
And keep insisting until someone comes to pick up the package.
