I received a letter from China instead of the package
I bought a collectible item in China and was given a tracking code, but with that code I received a simple little letter and not a package weighing at least 5 kg.
The shipment shows as delivered.
I reported this scam to eBay, but I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can assert my rights as a scam victim.
I wonder why?????
