From the payment form screen I can't choose the pickup point

Good morning,
I'm trying to buy a product. Yesterday, after adding it to my cart, I could choose between home delivery or pickup at a pickup point, but I wasn't able to complete the purchase, so today I went back to the cart but it no longer gives me the option to choose the pickup point. I contacted the seller and he told me he had enabled the option to choose between the two methods. I also tried looking with other types of products, even from other sellers, and the problem persists.
I tried clearing the browser cookies (Chrome for Android), I tried another browser, and I also tried the eBay app.
Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance

·1 year agoGood evening, I’m chiming in on this discussion to say that the pickup point no longer appears for me either in any recent sales listing, even with sellers who were offering it until a short while ago.
Since it seems strange to me that all sellers would have removed this option at the same time, I’m wondering whether something has changed on eBay’s side.

As you can see from this screenshot I pasted, pickup points are available.
Not all sellers have the option enabled, so you need to check the Shipping section in the various auctions you’re interested in.

·1 year agoWhen you have the goods in your cart at the supermarket, until you go through the checkout, the stuff isn’t yours.
And at the supermarket, they don’t even know you’ve taken it off the shelf.
When the cashier scans the goods at checkout, you’ll be able to choose how to pay and whether you want bags to take the goods away.
Here’s the thing: eBay too, when you go to checkout, will ask you how you want to pay and how you’d like the goods to be delivered to you...

·1 year agoThe seller ships with Posta 4... change the shipping type if possible and if offered by the seller, even if it will cost more.
I don't think Posta 4 can be delivered to a Fermo Point.

OP1 year agoI don't know how to change the shipping type, but I repeat that yesterday for the same item from the same seller it gave me the option to choose pickup.
Today it doesn't give me this option with any product, even from other categories

·1 year agoFrom the screenshot you posted, it says posta 4.
Posta 4 isn’t tracked, so the fermopoint system doesn’t work because there’s no tracking at all.
The fermopoint could easily claim it never received anything.
As sika700 wrote to you, you need to change the shipping type, but even a possible posta1 could be at risk with the fermopoint.
The same goes for registered mail.

You need to have the item shipped directly to your home.

·1 year agoYou can see it at checkout because it lets you choose between the various shipping services (if available).
Or
You need to go to the listing for the item you want to buy and click on shipping: See Details
You’ll see them if the seller offers other shipping services besides Poste 4.
But it’s not said that the seller has made more than one shipping service available.
If there’s no courier shipping, you’ll have to choose whether to give up the purchase with this seller or have the item shipped directly to your home with Poste 4.

as far as I know, you can’t choose the Pickup Point in the cart, but in the next step... the payment step... where you can choose the delivery method.
