Question about blocked funds
Hello everyone,
Does anyone know why every time I sell an item the funds are held until the following month (28 days).
It’s my ninth (9th) item sold and so far I’ve only had positive feedback.

I have a similar problem, but in the package tracking I can't see confirmation of receipt even though the customer has already confirmed that they received the package: if they don't confirm, how long do I have to wait?

·2 years agoYou haven't sold practically anything in the last year, so regardless of whether it's confirmed or not you'll have to wait at least 15 days.

·2 years agoas indicated by Actar80, you are a new / infrequent seller and so the funds are held (it goes from a minimum of 14 days upwards......): the release parameters are not disclosed by Ebay (but nothing stops you from contacting Ebay support to ask for clarification about your situation)
PS: if you sell rarely and let long periods pass between one sale and the next, it might also happen that the release does not occur or, if it has occurred, it comes back.......

·2 years agoGood morning, you only have 3 positive seller feedbacks (those as a buyer are not counted). Keep in mind that the count considers the last 12 months, so it’s obvious that only 3 positives over 12 months is few.
As a result, you’re considered a new and/or not very active seller and your funds remain blocked for 14 or more, depending on the situation.
When you reach a bit of sales, maybe 10 (but we users don’t know the parameters) within 12 months you’ll have your funds unlocked and available within a few days.
