general PayPal question
Today a procedural doubt came up for me (although I’m not in a risk situation).
Paying for an item with Paypal for a medium amount (like a smartphone), who do you open a refund procedure with if the item doesn’t arrive? eBay, which handles the payments, or Paypal, from which the payment was made?

·3 years agoConsidering the timing of the procedures, it’s always better to open the eBay procedure first.
With eBay you have:
With PayPal you have 180 days from payment and, in the case of non-conformity, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
It’s important not to open both, since opening the second procedure automatically closes the first. So the recommended option is the eBay procedure and then, if there are problems, there’s a second chance with PayPal.
