question about refunded order

I was still delivered the same product that they refunded me for, and they charged me an additional 22 euros in shipping costs what can I do? I would like to return it and get the shipping costs refunded if possible

They aren’t shipping costs, but customs duties, VAT, and the courier’s fees.

If you return the item, the VAT will be refunded to you, while duties and fees won’t.
