Ebay won't let me issue a refund

Hello. I am trying to issue a refund to a customer, but eBay gives me this error once I press the button to process the refund. It seems to be a server problem, but it has been persisting since yesterday and by tomorrow this needs to be resolved. What can I do? Do I have to wait for the customer (who has been notified) to have the system intervene? Thank you very much and have a good day.

Good morning

In the attached photo, you can see ebay,com and you sell on ebay.it

Basically, what happens is that the refund link takes you to the ebay.com site (so there is a redirect error).

So try logging in to ebay.com using the same username and password, and then try the procedure again.

Contact customer support on ebay.it/sellerhelp to handle issues related to returns, items not received, refunds, Feedback removal and defects, and any policy notification sent by eBay.
