eBay doesn't recognize Isybank
I changed banks a few days ago and switched to IsyBank, a virtual bank of the Intesa Sanpaolo group, but when searching for and entering the bank, it doesn't find IsyBank, only BANCA 5. The data is all correct, but despite all the confirmations at the end of the process, it tells me that it wasn't possible to verify the bank.
I have this problem only on eBay, while on other platforms everything went smoothly

·2 years agoHave you resolved it? The only solution proposed to me by eBay was to submit the bank statement, which of course is not issued by isybank since the migration took place in October 2023. The only solution is to enter a new IBAN (another account in your name or a new verifiable account) different from the isybank banca 5 s.p.a.
