If you're having problems with the automated eBay interface, try going in directly from

https://spedizioni.ebay.it

Logging in with your eBay account.

However, you will have to fill in all the sender and recipient address fields manually.

Hello,

if it doesn’t work, you’re not obliged to use it, you can ship however you prefer, there are several brokers on the internet for shipping.
