Hello everyone,on ebay shipping / packlink a notice appears that I’m copying and pasting:NOTICE July 02, 2024 There are delays in the automatic creation of shipping documents for the BRT, InPost and Poste Italiane group. They have not yet provided us with any timeframe for resolution and the services may be temporarily removed from our platforms. As soon as the service is restored, you will be able to print the label directly from the post-sale section of your order. So I didn’t try to buy the label because, although I’ve been on ebay since 2001, I’m not familiar with the procedure for cancelling the shipment and getting a refund with ebay shipping, all the while having informed the buyer that if the situation doesn’t get unstuck I’ll ship from the post office.Well then, I ask the kind users whether anyone has actually tried to print the label and whether they had the delay problem in the last few hours?Secondly, it seems that the problem concerns only the BRT, InPost and Poste Italiane group, so I could therefore ship through ebay shipping with DHL or USP if some kind user replies.Thank you!
