eBay Shipping gets the pick-up address wrong every time

unfortunately, consistently, Packlink gets my pick-up address wrong, mixing up Camponogara with Campolongo. This can be avoided for domestic shipments since I leave it at a drop-off point, but for international shipments I can only choose home pickup.
this creates quite a few problems because, for the few shipments I make, every time I have to spend 1/2 an hour or 1 hour on the phone hoping that a kind operator changes the pick-up address.
I've already sent two tickets to support, literally begging them, but they close everything without replying.
what can I do? why is drop off not possible for international shipments? I can only choose pickup at the address

I saw that from camponogara to campolongo it's about 7 km as the crow flies and they have the same ZIP code 30010.
If you select ZIP code 30010 is campolongo present in the list?
If it isn't present there isn't much you can do at the moment, you can only hope that in the near future they add campolongo too.
You can bypass the national shipment by using another shipping broker
As for the international shipment, with crono internazionale you would hardly find a similar rate elsewhere, so I fully understand your frustration.

OP1 year agothat's not the problem, both cities are on the list....
the problem is that even though I fill in camponogara correctly, I find that the data sent to the courier says campolongo.
I found myself, for the orders, on the camponogara order page while on the labelett campolongo. obviously, since my address doesn't exist in campolongo, it errors out and I have to unlock the shipment by sending it to a pick-up point. the same thing happens when I ship

OP1 year agoI’m attaching one of the tickets too, unfortunately all they do is tell me that the address I entered is camponogara, but every time the courier tells me that the one communicated to them is campolongo. and every time they close the ticket like this, they really seem to want to ignore the underlying problem. Anyway, unlike packlink, I spoke to the couriers on the phone, and they confirm that the city communicated to them is wrong and rule out a problem on their side. I really don’t know how to get to the bottom of this, since packlink has no way to speak with a human being (maybe without a call center in Albania or Romania)

You choose and set the departure address yourself.
Go to: https://spedizioni.ebay.it/private
Settings->Address book, there you can change the address.
If, on the other hand, you set the wrong address on eBay, go to account settings and on the new page choose from the menu on the left: departure address.

OP1 year agothe problem is that during checkout the address is correct, in the address book it shows camponogara, but when it gets sent to the couriers it changes from camponogara to compolongo. it happened to me as a buyer too, and only on ebay (packlink), never on amazon or subito
