Is there a minimum amount for which VAT is not charged when buying from the UK?
If I buy a PC processor from the UK, a small purchase, will I have to pay VAT?
If so, will I have to pay it to the postman (Royal Mail) upon delivery?

·2 years agoThere is no minimum spending amount, it always has to be paid.
If the seller uses the GSP program, you pay everything upfront and it is specified in the listing. Otherwise you may have to pay VAT to ebay and customs fees to the courier, or everything to the courier.
If you pay the VAT to ebay, pay attention to what the courier asks you for. In case of double payment of VAT, ebay will refund you, but you need the receipt for the one paid to the courier.
