Good morning, on eBay I sold an item and as soon as I go to download the label it says order not found.
How can this be resolved?

Are you SURE you received the payment from the buyer?
Usually this issue is due to an unpaid sale.
Try checking in the order details whether the payment has been made, you will also see the related eBay fees that have been deducted.

You can find the shipping details in the order details.
