Deleted label
Good evening, I made a mistake on a label by putting the weight and dimensions data of another package that I need to ship, and I only noticed after it had already been paid for. I canceled it, selecting “other supplier” as the reason: I put a random reason, and now I’d like to do it again with the correct data, but it still shows the old one even though I deleted it. What should I do? Thanks

You need to go here and log in with your eBay account: https://spedizioni.ebay.it/
Then, next to the shipment you’re interested in, click: view details
Then click: Cancel shipment
Alternatively, if you’re still having problems, go to: create a support ticket.
