I won’t go on any longer because I would have to write much more, it’s enough that this experience of mine is useful to the whole Ebay Community and I explain to you what you need to consider if you ever have to make a return and use the Ebay label that guarantees that everything will go well, do not trust what is written on the label that Ebay has "generously" pre-printed and sent you because in my case the recipient’s address was wrong and that is the reason for the failed delivery and therefore for the failed refund; moreover, I advise you not to ask Ebay for explanations about the error for which they are responsible because the answer you will receive will be that it is your fault for not checking the label. Sometimes, in rare cases when the seller has problems with the label, eBay comes to the rescue by providing a return label.
But that’s not the rule, eBay does not provide free return labels to everyone.
The return label provided by eBay corresponds to the address the seller entered during purchase.
eBay does not make mistakes when entering the return address; if anything, it’s the seller who for some reason entered an incorrect / incomplete address or

Due to the character limits of the label, the shipping address ends up incomplete.
But it’s not eBay’s fault, it’s the fault of Poste Italiane, which limited the maximum characters available on the label.
