Return label posts
Good morning! It’s the first time I’m making a return and the seller sent me the postal label because the product arrived damaged
The question is: can I also take the package to a pickup point or does it have to be to the post office? Thanks

·2 years agoGood morning,
it depends on the type of shipping the seller purchased.
If it is a Poste Delivery Business type, you need to take it to an SDA branch or some authorized pickup point, definitely not to the post office.
Kind regards.

·2 years agoAll you had to do was go to the post office website and on postedelivery web you would have read:
Delivery and/or shipping of parcels can be carried out through the Pickup Points of the “PuntoPoste” network (more than 13,000 located throughout the country) and at Post Offices. Check the map to find the most convenient Point for you.
You can use the link to find the nearest point to you.

·2 years ago....eeeehhh.... but you know what's better...:
- Searching for the eBay user forum
- Figuring out how it works and writing a post
- Waiting hopefully for someone to reply
- After someone has replied, giving them more details because their question "wasn't understood"
- Not saying thank you because, even though someone else answered correctly, they got a "telling-off"
Besides being MUCH more convenient, it's also faster! 😂
