labels not created
good morning, I have a problem with the shipping labels, when I go to print them it says
Order not found.
We’re sorry, an error occurred while loading the page. Try again.
- If you have multiple eBay accounts, make sure you are signed in with the correct user account.
- If you have only one eBay account, make sure the item for which you want to print the label is marked as:
- Sold and paid for
- Not yet shipped
- Not marked with In-Store-Pickup
- You have not already deleted the imported draft on the Shipping Manager platform
also on the eBay shipping site there are no drafts, does anyone have the same problem as me? how can I solve it? Thanks

·3 years agoMaybe I solved it, you have to manually create a new shipment on eBay Shipping and you can get the same price as the automatic label

·3 years agoSolution, if it doesn't work, you can use another online broker: there isn’t only the Ebay Shipping Manager aka Packlink;
otherwise, you wait for the site to be fixed....... since several people are reporting the problem

it seems so... other similar conversations have already been opened...
If it is a temporary problem, you can solve it by using another shipping broker... you can find several on the internet...
