Funds blocked for over 1 month, despite shipping code entered.
Obviously goods received.

I wrote to the buyer twice asking if they can close the transaction, but no response.

I can see that you're a 2014 account with 9 total sales that has recently started selling again several new items with multiple quantities.

I see a sale from February 18 for which the 30 days have not yet passed.

Wait until the 30 days from the payment received are up, and then contact eBay support to ask whether they see any issues on their end.

if you have any doubts...... there is Ebay support....... and anyway, unless proven otherwise, they get paid to do it.......

The buyer can’t do anything.

If no disputes have been opened, more than 30 days seems too much to me. Use the link at the bottom of the attached page to have ebay customer support contact you and ask what the problem is.
