Funds blocked for 15 days, even though I've already made 8 sales in 2 months?
Good evening everyone, I would kindly like to ask this question: "I registered on December 30, 2022, and from that date up to today, February 13, 2023, I have made EIGHT sales, and every time I find my funds blocked for 15 days for each transaction... After how many successful sales will I no longer have the funds blocked regarding payment?

·3 years agoIt's normal for new users and sellers who are not yet regulars.

Among the other guidelines you’ll find this: New sellers are usually subject to holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes the times can be longer.
You said you’ve completed 8 sales but have still received only 1 positive feedback as a seller; if you get the other positive feedbacks, the release of funds could probably come sooner.
If there were no problems with the other buyers, maybe kindly ask them via message to leave their feedback, perhaps after you’ve already left yours for them, reminding them that it helps both sellers and buyers become known. End by thanking them in advance, but if you don’t get a response to the first message, don’t insist, and I’d add that if the buyer has only a few feedbacks and is inexperienced, they might even make a mistake and leave negative instead of positive; it’s already happened to others, so judge it case by case.

First of all, you need to be a regular seller (by regular I can't tell you exactly what selling frequency you need to maintain over the course of the year).
Then you definitely need to sell a minimum number of items and achieve a certain minimum amount.
I imagine that if you sell 15 stickers for 1 euro, the funds won't be released at the fifteenth sale.
An algorithm decides these things, based on a wide range of parameters that only a few people know about.
So I'm sorry, but as Mario told you, there is no precise rule that applies to everyone..

·3 years agoThere isn't a precise rule, or at least it's not written down anywhere. Maybe it depends on the value of the items, the product category, etc... I think about fifteen should be enough.
