shipping manager
good evening
I would like to sign up for the shipping manager through Poste, can someone explain to me how it works? so I can avoid making a mess at the time of sale, for example where does the tracking show up for me? and does the shipment with the relative tracking appear to the recipient when the code is scanned?
thank you

Unfortunately, when you entrust something to third parties and choose a pickup point for the buyer, it is often like forgetting a package in an elevator and then the next day trying to find it again. Once, under the buyer's pressing insistence, I put a bicycle on the 'trusted' courier that he sent me directly to my house. I explained all the risks to him and that I would have preferred a private vehicle to put the bike on off-road. There was no way around it. He lived in Tuscany. I packed the whole bicycle with heavy cardboard, padded with industrial bubble wrap. When the courier arrived, driven by a guy who knew three words in Italian, I asked him to secure it well, and we went inside where there were bulky packages. But the drama was that he didn't make the trip all the way to the destination! He (like all vehicles that operate over long distances) took the goods to a courier center and then left. There it was loaded onto another heavy vehicle headed for Tuscany. I immediately informed the buyer, who knew nothing about it. The trusted courier only delivered it from the center in Tuscany to his home. I showed him how the bike had been loaded onto the first van and how perfect it was under the meticulous packaging. He told me that when the 'trusted' vehicle arrived at its destination, it ended in blows and harsh words, with the driver no longer the same one as at departure. With this, my best regards.

The shipping manager is integrated into the eBay platform and you do not need to register separately.
After you have sold an item, in the options you will find the one to ship the item, a pre-filled page will open with your details and the buyer's, you will only have to choose the shipping service and set the weight and dimensions of the package.
You can find the shipping manager at this address:
https://spedizioni.ebay.it
To access it you must use the same details you use to log in to eBay.
If you book a shipment with the shipping manager, the tracking code is entered automatically.
At the moment you purchase the shipping label, the shipping code is entered and the buyer is informed.
Best regards
