eBay shipping manager

For several months now I've been having trouble accessing eBay's shipping manager. Usually I was able to fix it by clearing the cache, or accessing it in incognito mode, or changing browser. Since today, though, it's impossible in any mode. I wanted to ask whether anyone has the same problem. I had to buy the shipping labels directly from the orders in "My eBay", however in this way I don't have the option to request shipping assistance as I used to do before with shipping manager / Packlink.
Do you know anything about the issue?

·2 weeks ago · Editedalready....... the "old" Ebay / Packlink manager has been showing problems for some time, just getting into it ....... the "new" Ebay manager instead is well integrated ( too bad the problems are elsewhere though....... see posts from other users with incorrect, incomplete addresses and, to top it off, unchangeable..... )
...........maybe it's just a coincidence.......?
