I PURCHASED A MOTORCYCLE TIRE AND OIL. MY CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE

I purchased a scooter tire and oil from two different sellers. On the card, a payment for the total amount of €64.10 (oil and tire) was processed, and two separate payments of €51.30 for the tire and €12.80 for the oil. How can I get a refund of 64.10 since I was charged twice?

It almost certainly is a pre-authorization made by your card issuer. Within a few days they should reverse the second payment.
