I would like to know an email address to make a report. It concerns the purchase of no. 2 light sockets with motion sensor. Goods never delivered. Payment was made as stated in the subject.

路3 years ago...well, nothing... Amazon has made everyone dazed: all of them fussed over and pampered with messages and emails, complete with real-time tracking of the poor courier who has to deliver the package to them...
What good times when back then the seller didn鈥檛 even tell you they鈥檇 shipped it (tracking, please... there was only the post office and Deo gratia...) and you鈥檇 be waiting at the window for the mailman鈥檚 van...聽馃槂

OP3 years agofrom now on I鈥檒l only make purchases in the store and I discourage other people from doing so.

Online purchases should only be made when strictly necessary and not as a replacement for physical stores, which in the meantime are forced to close because we are moving into the virtual world.
Not everyone is suited to the virtual world; as long as possible, it鈥檚 better to use traditional purchasing channels.

Never delivered for what reason? Recipient absent? Package held in storage and sent back? Or does it show as a delivered shipment?
The buyer needs to pay attention to these details..... ask the seller for the tracking and have them tell you who the courier is that delivers it, do a check before opening a report because maybe things can still be sorted out......

OP3 years agoTHE REQUEST MADE AND ALSO THE PAYMENT CONCERNS TWO LIGHT SOCKETS WITH MOTION SENSOR AND NOT THE VISIBLE ITEMS. RECENTLY I MADE ANOTHER PAYMENT BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM EBAY YET BUT THE MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN. IT IS A SOCKET SPOTLIGHT WITH MOTION SENSOR.
